The truth is many stores are in fact closed or close early on these days.

3.  Find and Sort All The Ingredients You Plan On Using

It is not a big secret that we all have ingredients in our pantry or spice cabinet that we barely use.  So it is truly important to take the time to figure exactly which ingredients, as well as the spices you already have available. 

In fact, if you take this step early enough you can even buy the spices needed online.  This will allow you to not even have to go to the grocery store to purchase these items.
